About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Gopi Fashion Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandising: Order merchandise and manage stock levels to ensure that the store is always fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that the store is secure and safe for customers and employees, including maintaining a non-smoking environment.
  • Transportation: Ensure that all employees have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
