Job Summary

We're seeking a Supply Chain Finance SME to join our Close & Control team. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure that supply chain finance activities are performed in a timely and compliant manner, adhering to company policies and standard processes. You'll drive improvements and standardization where necessary, and manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, clarify, and resolve issues connected with the SCF area and/or liaise with IT, Finance, and other Teams on the same.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify process improvements or training requirements of operational Teams.
  • Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify gaps/inefficiencies in process, systems, and policies and translate into standard ways of working.
  • Escalate process and systems exceptions and ongoing systems issues to SCF/C&C Leadership.
  • Ensure standard practices and consistency in SCF processes across the region through Haleon policies, tools, and guidance.
  • Drive process improvement and standardization. Active participation in transformation to global processes.
  • Partner with other departments to deliver robotic process automation where required.
  • Ensure changes in the system landscape are accurately reflected in the C&C RACI.
  • Perform as the Super User for SCF Operational activities to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Provide expertise on SCF systems and related business processes.
  • Promote best practice and compliance of standard practices across the SCF/C&C teams through embedded changes and networking with other towers and the markets contact.
  • Ensure training materials, process documentation, and other supporting materials are maintained for all processes.
  • Create business process documents, detailed process flows, and Standard Operating Procedures.
About You

We're looking for someone with a strong background in finance, preferably with experience in supply chain finance. You should have excellent analytical skills, be fluent in English, and have a deep understanding of R2R End-to-End processes and associated technology platforms. You'll be a strong communicator and team player, with a passion for process improvement and standardization.
