Digital Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team at Pizza Nova 379. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital media strategies to drive business growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of professionals and support staff to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Business Development: Administer programs to drive business investment in both urban and rural areas, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our brand and products, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Project Management: Plan and execute development projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and onboard new staff members, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Public Relations: Act as the primary spokesperson for Pizza Nova 379, providing media interviews and statements as needed.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on effective advertising and sales promotion strategies, helping them to achieve their business goals.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries from the business community, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Marketing Materials: Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to promote our brand and products.
- Event Planning: Coordinate special events and promotions to increase public awareness and engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct surveys to gauge public opinion and attitudes, providing valuable insights to inform our marketing strategies.
- Marketing Materials: Develop and maintain marketing materials, including social media content, email marketing campaigns, and website updates.
- Education and Training: Create and deliver educational programs and sessions to staff and clients, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Market Research: Design and execute market research surveys and strategies to inform our marketing initiatives.
- Customer Experience: Evaluate customer service quality and store environments, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Digital Marketing: Execute online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotion activities to drive business growth and engagement.
