The Fitness Sales Manager at World Gym is tasked with driving revenue through personal training services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees the Personal Training Division
  • Conducts fitness assessments to attract new clients
  • Facilitates the sale of personal training packages
  • Provides monthly sales reports and feedback to management
  • Performs additional responsibilities as required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Highly driven and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in management and leadership
  • Effective sales techniques
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes

REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Preferred background in a fitness center or sales management
  • College degree is advantageous
  • Nationally recognized certification in personal training
  • Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED (to be obtained within 60 days of employment)
