Food Store Manager

Bombay Mart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Assign tasks and duties to sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
