Food Store Supervisor

Bombay Mart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Manage Inventory and Stock: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle Customer Complaints: Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other store managers and department heads to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong customer service focus.
