Job Title: Food Store Team Lead

Bombay Mart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee the sales floor
  • Hire and train new staff members
  • Authorize payments and manage inventory
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Client focus and reliability
