About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, Quality Assurance to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our Management Consulting group, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality testing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test cases to meet project deadlines and manage the creation of reusable test assets for manual and automated test scripts.
  • Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test strategy, planning, scheduling, test cases, dashboards, defect logs, test closure reports, entry/exit criteria, and gating.
  • Ensure effective planning and coordination of support partners, including business process owners, IT, and Infrastructure, and Project Management Office.
  • Communicate and address scope changes that impact testing.
  • Conduct test case reviews to ensure scenarios accurately capture business functionality.
  • Work collaboratively with a team in an Agile-Scrum environment.
  • Support Testing Services practice development and sales generation activities.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in large ERP project environments.
  • An understanding of the system development life cycle.
  • 3+ years of experience in a QA and Test Consultant role, with a strong track record for delivery.
  • Exposure to Test Automation tools and scripting (QTP/UFT, Selenium, Katalon, Cypress) and languages (Java, C#, Python).
  • Strong understanding of QA concepts and methodologies in testing of ERP's (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, Workday).
  • University Degree or College Diploma.
  • ISTQB certification is an asset.
  • Experience with Test Management tools (DevOps, ALM, JIRA, Xray, Zephyr) and Confluence.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) is an asset.
