Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team at 604282 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our facilities management department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain exceptional quality standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Contract Services Management: Coordinate and manage contract services, including laundry and cleaning services, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety standards and departmental policies are met, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support housekeeping operations.
  • Laundry Services Supervision: Oversee the in-house laundry services, ensuring that all laundry is processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all local health and sanitation regulations are adhered to, maintaining a high level of compliance and minimizing the risk of non-compliance.
