Cleaning Supervisor

Lime Cleaning is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required
- Maintain financial records
- Assist cleaners in performing duties
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
- Establish work schedules
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
