About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at Rush Car & Truck Rentals Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision

Supervise and manage a team of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members, to ensure seamless rental operations.

Sales and Inventory Management

Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and oversee the return of merchandise to ensure efficient rental processes.

Customer Service

Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.

Performance Management

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a rental or sales environment is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week is the standard work schedule.
