Customer Service Representative

About the Role
The Customer Service Representative at Sani Marc is a key member of our customer service team, responsible for taking orders, providing exceptional customer service, and playing an advisory role to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Take orders for all our divisions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow up with customers and sellers on order reception and invoicing, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Be solutions-oriented, contributing to the pursuit of our mission of excellence by suggesting substitute products and establishing pricing for certain products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Be a quick learner, sharp-minded, and adaptable, with a natural aptitude for sales and a passion for customer service.
- Be able to communicate effectively in English and French (advanced level), with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Be a team player who thrives on challenges, with a strong work ethic and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Be comfortable working with computers and have a basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
