About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Investment Specialist Assistant to join our team. As an Investment Specialist Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of new wealth management business acquisitions and relationships in target markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely support to Investment Specialists to execute day-to-day operational activities, including administrative tasks and client interactions.
  • Contribute to the growth and servicing of the Investment Specialists' client-base, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Support the national Administration team in executing capacity enablers (National Practice Standards) for Investment Specialists to grow their business portfolios.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize business outcomes and achieve shared objectives.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with solid organizational and effective task prioritization skills.
  • Strong processing and inputting skills, with a high attention to detail and follow-through capabilities.
