Investment Operations Role at Oxford Properties Group

We are seeking a skilled Investment Operations Specialist to join our team at Oxford Properties Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our investment activities and ensuring the smooth execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the investment team in the analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities
  • Assist in the preparation and review of investment documents and reports
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
