About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Project Manager to join our team at Sleep Country. As a key member of our Sourcing team, you will play a critical role in supporting product development and direct sourcing initiatives for our brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to create product roadmaps across multiple brands and companies within the Sleep Country organization
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Track and communicate action items daily/weekly to ensure projects are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Work closely with Sourcing team members to understand and document daily status updates on projects
Product Launch Processes
  • Help track and communicate key milestones reached and remaining actions needed
  • Gather and act as gatekeeper for all information on product details and status of projects
  • Create product launch plans
  • Plan ahead and communicate resources needed to complete each action item
Documentation & Reporting
  • Daily upkeep and administration of internal task management systems
  • Follow up with Sourcing team members to ensure items on product development checklists are being completed in a timely manner
  • Leading meetings to follow status updates
Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep projects on track
  • Detail-Oriented: Pays close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of project management
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Able to clearly convey ideas, expectations, and project updates to team members and stakeholders
