About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Manager to join our team at Intellectt Inc. as a key member of our procurement function.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to drive category growth, ensure profitability, and improve vendor performance.
  2. Strategic Sourcing: Initiate and facilitate competitive bids, negotiations, and resourcing activities to provide vendor matrix options that drive category growth, flexibility, speed to market, and profitability.
  3. Financial Planning: Develop and distribute financial models and reports to monitor and improve profitability and mitigate financial risk.
  4. Business Partnership: Provide guidance on financial goals to cross-functional team members and others at the start of new product development cycles.
  5. Product Cost Analysis: Develop and provide options on product costs to product development and design staff, and merchandising staff.
  6. Production Planning: Develop short- and long-term production and financial plans to support strategic business goals.
  7. Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate vendors based on qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., performance, quality, pricing, service, etc.) and review data with the vendors and internal teams.
  8. Matrix Optimization: Establish goals for vendor improvement and matrix optimization.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of experience in sourcing management, with a strong background in the retail industry.
