Automotive Repair Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor to join our team at 2447911 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive repair and service shop.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise workers and projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities, including the requisition or ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Estimate costs and materials, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Our shop operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
