Senior Operations Manager

Vista Stair & Handrail Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our organization to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective management of budgets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Project Management: Plan and control budgets for projects, programs, support services, and equipment, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure products and work methods maximize safety, productivity, and comfort, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Logistics Management: Oversee operational logistics, establishing operational procedures and coordinating work activities to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
