Job Title: Travel Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Management Specialist to join our team in St. Thomas, ON. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our corporate travel program, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, and car rental companies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Monitor and control travel expenses to ensure compliance with company budget and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to travel-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to travel and expense reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in travel management, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in SAP Concur or other travel management software.
