Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Field Specialist to join our team at Stock Transportation. As an Operations Field Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating the flow of information, and completing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Facilitating the flow of information within the Customer Service Centre
  • Completing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll tasks
  • Entering data from timesheets and performing daily audits
  • Generating payroll and billing reports as needed
  • Encouraging compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate and organized filing systems
  • Scheduling and invoicing field trips and charters
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of college-level accounting courses preferred
  • Fluent in French and English
  • 1-3 years of experience with computerized payroll and billing systems; experience with Oracle preferred
  • Excellent computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ten-key and data entry skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and speed in data entry
  • Strong working knowledge of basic office equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with demonstrated diplomacy skills
Work Environment

This is a full-time regular position with no travel requirements. The primary location is Canada-Ontario-Rexdale-Toronto West, with work locations in Toronto West.
