Overview

This position is tailored for individuals who seek a global challenge while being responsible for achieving objectives within one of the largest divisions of The Kraft Heinz Company. It encompasses both strategic and operational aspects. Candidates who prefer not to engage in hands-on work or develop a function from the ground up without relying on pre-existing solutions may find this role unsuitable. The focus is on data analysis that drives supply chain performance, identifies inefficiencies, fosters relationships with clients and internal teams, and oversees product movement throughout the supply chain cycle, including both internal and client processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve critical supply chain targets for both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform data analysis utilizing both internal and customer data to pinpoint and address inefficiencies.
  • Eliminate unnecessary costs while enhancing efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Strategically oversee key orders and delivery performance to mitigate potential production delays and other supply chain risks at the item level, troubleshooting issues such as missed or overdue orders to optimize service and minimize penalties.
  • Generate standardized and/or custom reports to support business analysis.
  • Provide clients with updates on order status and coordinate shipping methods.
  • Manage master data in alignment with customer item and order databases.
  • Analyze forecasts and orders to derive insights that enhance forecast accuracy, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with customers on supply chain systems settings at the analyst level.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Preferred familiarity with SAP.
  • Experience with technology is not mandatory but preferred (e.g., Tableau Prep, SQL, Alteryx, or Python).
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, along with effective negotiation capabilities.
  • Experience in statistical modeling or forecasting is not required but preferred.
