Position Overview

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel
  • Coordinate and supervise daily activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Develop and manage work schedules for the team
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 3-4 cleaning personnel
  • Oversee janitors, caretakers, and light duty cleaners
