Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Travellers Motel. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, inspecting sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and assisting cleaners in performing their duties.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for providing cultural competency training and awareness training to our employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers, visible minorities, and newcomers and refugees.
