Key Responsibilities- Lead research and generate insights to identify emerging trends and predict possible futures
- Develop experience strategies and creative briefs to guide the collective development of solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new business pitches, engage with clients, and lead strategy presentations
- Conduct primary and secondary research, generate market and customer insights, and map emerging cultural trends
- Define and deliver internal and client workshops and design innovation sprints
- Mentor junior team members and support them in delivering project deliverables
- Help refine and improve internal research, trend scanning, futures, innovation sprints, and other strategic processes
At Media Monks, we offer a competitive salary range of $95,000-$110,000 CAD, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
