Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced baker to join our team as a Bakery Operations Manager. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities- Product Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Supervision: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, and inspect kitchen and food service areas.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Conditions: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, and work under pressure.
