Bakery Specialist

Hanna's Bakery Inc. is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for various baked goods, following recipes and special customer orders
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Bake and decorate cakes, pastries, and other sweet goods
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Manage inventory and maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure high-quality products meet established standards
- 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
- Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work under pressure
