Exciting Opportunity: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Kirmac Collision & Autoglass. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and training to users, offering business systems and network support, and installing equipment, cables, and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use our systems and software.
  • Network Support: Offer support and maintenance for our network infrastructure, ensuring it is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Equipment Installation: Install and configure new equipment, cables, and software, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Backup Operations: Perform regular backups of our web servers to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.
  • Database Management: Manage and maintain our databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to our team.
  • IT Solutions: Design and implement IT solutions to meet the needs of our business, improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Software Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of our software systems, ensuring they are running optimally.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate IT projects and services, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP education completed.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
