The Service Consultant plays a vital role at Birchwood Chrysler Dodge in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction after vehicle purchase. This position is responsible for efficient service scheduling and repair, while maintaining open communication with customers. Utilizing industry-leading technology and software, the Service Consultant will communicate with varying levels of technical understanding of customer repairs and estimated times of repair.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate service and repair schedules to meet customer needs
- Communicate with customers regarding repair status and estimated completion times
- Use industry-leading technology to manage customer interactions and repair information
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the Service Manager to achieve dealership goals
- Previous experience in dealership parts and/or service is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- CDK experience is preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
