Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as needed.
  • Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and communicate effectively with the chef and other team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Personal Qualities:
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a client-focused attitude.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
Work Conditions:
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with standing for extended periods and walking required.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
