B.C. Cafe Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Develop and implement work schedules
