Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Area Director for our Young Life ministry in the Boston North Shore area. This is a full-time position that requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement a plan to reach high school and middle school students in the surrounding towns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to reach high school and middle school students in the Boston North Shore area
  • Train and lead a team of college-aged volunteer leaders to go after every kid in the area
  • Develop a flagship Young Life Club ministry
  • Collaborate with local churches and organizations to support the ministry
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for youth ministry and a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
