  • Meet daily call center performance metrics while managing a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring minimal hold times and clear documentation.

  • Be prepared for additional responsibilities as needed in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
  • Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and resilient in overcoming various challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset are essential.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, fostering positive working relationships.
  • No Canadian work experience is necessary, but eligibility to work in Canada is required.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset, though not mandatory.
