Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on our policies, products, services, and initiatives.
- Handle incoming inquiries and new claims calls, utilizing your expertise and problem-solving abilities to facilitate requests.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of conversations and actions taken regarding claims.
- Approach challenging discussions with empathy and clarity, particularly concerning policy details, insurance coverage, or operational issues.
- Meet daily call center performance metrics while managing a high volume of inbound calls.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring minimal hold times and clear documentation.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and time-sensitive tasks effectively.
- Be prepared for additional responsibilities as needed in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
- Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and resilient in overcoming various challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset are essential.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, fostering positive working relationships.
- No Canadian work experience is necessary, but eligibility to work in Canada is required.
- Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset, though not mandatory.
