Claims Specialist

As a Claims Specialist at Sécurité Nationale Compagnie d'Assurance, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex claims for high net worth clients. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims, while mitigating risks and escalations.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and evaluate complex claims, identifying potential risks and areas for mitigation
- Develop and implement effective claims resolution strategies, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring high net worth clients receive personalized attention and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve claims resolution processes
- 5-7 years of experience in insurance claims, with a focus on property claims
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Superior client service orientation, with ability to provide personalized attention and support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Proficient bilingualism in English and French, with ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
