Position Overview:

We are offering both full-time and part-time positions for general laborers who are motivated and open to learning. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering quality work, we want to hear from you

Key Requirements:

  • Some hands-on experience is preferred, but not mandatory; training will be provided to help you excel in lawn care and painting/staining tasks.
  • Must possess reliable transportation.
  • A positive and proactive attitude is essential.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic are crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt is important.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful completion of projects from start to finish, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
  • Keep the work site clean and organized.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew leaders, and management to ensure satisfaction.
  • Engage in marketing efforts by distributing flyers in neighborhoods surrounding work sites.

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $17 to $22, based on experience and responsibilities.
