Business Solution Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Security Specialist to join our team at Demolition King. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet our company's needs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Business Solutions: Develop and implement information systems business solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Assess Security Risks: Conduct thorough assessments of physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our systems.
- Develop Security Policies: Create and maintain policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.
- Conduct Quality Assurance Reviews: Perform regular reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our company's standards.
- Resolve Conflict Situations: Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve conflict situations and ensure a positive working environment.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that our systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of our employees and customers.
- Operate Testing Equipment: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Work Environment: This is a permanent position with a typical workweek of 30-40 hours.
- Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
