{"About the Job": "Interior Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex technology solutions that meet the business needs of the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to evaluate business requirements, develop technical solutions, and oversee the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet business needs
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement digital transformation initiatives
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and system specifications
* Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on technical solutions and best practices
* Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical solutions, or digital transformation
* Strong understanding of business processes and technical solutions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
