Project Management Officer

Percepta LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Enterprise Project Management Office to lead our project management practice and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Percepta Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and project management practice
- Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, policies, procedures, tools, and templates
- Establish and manage project governance structures and systems
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in project management principles and disciplines
- Facilitate and drive decision-making, issue escalation or resolution, and effective status communication
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project management specialists
- Oversee all projects, analyze status reports, identify risks and issues, and ensure mitigation plans are in place
- Monitor key project metrics and health of project portfolios, report dashboard insights to the Executive Leadership Team
- Drive process improvements by analyzing project data patterns and leveraging lessons learned
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, project management, or similar
- 12+ years of Project Management experience, including execution of large-scale projects working with cross-functional international teams
- Demonstrated prior experience with building/maintaining project management teams and organizational project management practices
- Experience working with senior leadership and senior level clients
- Proven experience leading and managing virtual multi-discipline teams
