  • Lead the Percepta Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and project management practice, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of project management projects.
  • Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, policies, procedures, tools, and templates across the organization.
  • Establish and manage project governance structures and systems, including portfolio management, stakeholder communications, and risk management plans.
  • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in project management principles and disciplines to direct reports and the overall project management community.
  • Facilitate and drive decision-making, issue escalation or resolution, and effective status communication within and across projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project management specialists.
  • Oversee all projects, analyze status reports, identify risks and issues, and ensure mitigation plans are in place for at-risk projects.
  • Monitor key project metrics and health of project portfolios, report dashboard insights to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Drive process improvements by analyzing project data patterns and leveraging lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, project management, or a similar field.
  • 12+ years of project management experience, including execution of large-scale projects working with cross-functional international teams.
  • Demonstrated prior experience with building/maintaining project management teams and organizational project management practices.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and senior-level clients.
  • Proven experience leading and managing virtual multi-discipline teams.
