Job Title: Family Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Law Clerk to join our team at The Hiring Partner Inc. As a Family Law Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers in family law cases.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to guarantee grammatical correctness and adherence to legal standards.
  • Utilize Divorcemate Software, MS Word, and PCLaw in the Cloud to manage and maintain case files.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, correspondence, and other documents related to family law cases.
  • Collaborate with lawyers to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of family law procedures and legal terminology.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Divorcemate Software, and PCLaw in the Cloud.
