About the Role:

Apollo GraphQL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Customer Success and Enterprise Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the post-sales journey for our enterprise clients in the Central US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the seamless deployment and optimization of Apollo GraphQL solutions, ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Professional Services Engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, service delivery, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GTM and Product, to ensure seamless delivery of GraphQL API management solutions to our customers.
  • Provide clear direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Exceptional business acumen with a deep understanding of enterprise software buyer dynamics and major industry verticals within the Central US region.
