Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our retail team at Brand Momentum. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, assess customer needs, and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Welcome customers to the store, answer their questions, and go the extra mile to drive sales. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
  • Inventory and Cash Handling: Comply with inventory control procedures, handle returns of merchandise, and support with cash handling and inventory duties.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Act as a brand ambassador for our products, act as a team member to achieve sales targets and goals, and support with corporate gifting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, or similar role.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles, track record of achieving sales targets, hands-on experience with POS transactions, familiarity with inventory procedures, solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Personal Qualities: Friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus, ability to perform under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
