Director of Strategic Microsoft Partnerships at Insight Direct UK Ltd

  • Establish and nurture high-level executive relationships within Insight Direct UK Ltd, its clientele, and Microsoft.
  • Oversee the sales operations of the Microsoft division and ensure their effective management.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of the current financial performance of the Microsoft segment.
  • Enhance service delivery standards and innovate new service offerings and methodologies.
  • Facilitate collaboration across various regions (North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific).
  • Attract, develop, and sustain the Microsoft solutions team.
  • Engage in client discussions to bolster the Microsoft/Insight partnership.
  • Maintain transparent communication channels to strengthen relationships within Insight Direct UK Ltd.
  • Represent Insight Direct UK Ltd with professionalism and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications for Insight Direct UK Ltd:

  • Significant management experience in professional and technical services.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities in collaboration and communication.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing corporate goals.
  • In-depth understanding of IT products and services.
  • Experience in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and change management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire teams, manage multiple initiatives, and lead group discussions.
  • Project Management experience is preferred.
