Job Title: Team Lead, Client Service Management

Location: Northern Cape, Kimberley

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Client Service Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing acquisition prospects at scale by focusing on sectors that demonstrate Personal and Affluent Banking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop acquisition prospects at scale by focusing on sectors that demonstrate Personal and Affluent Banking opportunities.
  • Manage the Acquisition Bankers to sell to new and existing customers via visits, virtual engagements, and telephone.
  • Support client entrenchment and servicing.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the Personal and Private Banking market, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
