Role Overview
Our team is engaged in the research, development, implementation, and support of cutting-edge technologies aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes at our facilities. The goal is to minimize production costs, reduce cycle times, eliminate non-conformities, and eradicate all forms of waste.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the performance and dependability of automated riveting systems;
  • Prepare technical quotations, specifications, and conduct necessary analyses;
  • Provide technical assistance during the acquisition, implementation, or enhancement phases;
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing protocols;
  • Identify malfunctions and issues, proposing effective solutions;
  • Leverage your expertise in industrial automation to assist maintenance teams in troubleshooting;
  • Contribute to the advancement of integration product lines to align with emerging Industry 4.0 standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Possesses a D.E.C. or bachelor's degree in automated production engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field;
  • Brings a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of industrial automation;
  • Demonstrates knowledge of programmable controllers, field instrumentation, HMI, servo control, and preferably robotics and vision systems;
  • Has a foundational understanding of computer networks, structured programming languages (VBA, C#), and ideally databases (SQL);
  • Masters fundamental concepts in mechanics, electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics, with the ability to interpret various types of plans;
  • Is willing to learn and adhere to aeronautical regulations;
  • Exhibits strong analytical skills and the capability to implement effective technical solutions;
  • Communicates ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms;
  • Possesses a basic understanding of project management and enjoys collaborative work;
  • Is proficient in both written and spoken French and English;
  • Shows a passion for achieving technological excellence;
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
