Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for the overall completion of projects, ensuring a high standard of quality and timely delivery. You will work closely with our crew chiefs and business owner to deliver quality and satisfaction to our homeowners.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall completion of projects, from start to finish, with a focus on quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized site and project area.
  • Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owner.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including dropping off flyers and marketing door-to-door in neighborhoods around our work sites.

Requirements

  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work, although no professional experience is necessary, as we provide training on lawn care and painting/staining services.
  • Must have your own car or reliable transportation.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and hard work are essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $15-$20/hour, depending on experience and responsibility.
