Pizza Spott Shift Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Pizza Spott. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise as needed.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
