People Business Partner

As a People Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to a business group within the company, coaching and advising managers to drive business results with a focus on people.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and advise managers using data and logic to drive business results
- Support a great employee experience
- Work with the People and Culture team and leaders and employees in one or multiple business groups
- 3+ years of previous experience in Human Resources
- Creative problem-solving skills to address a wide range of possible issues
- Strong project management skillset; team-oriented and collaborative
- Experience working in clean technology or manufacturing industry
- Build effective partnerships with leaders; considered the 'go-to' People Partner for their business group
- Successfully espouse Svante's core values and is driven by the challenge to reverse human impact on the climate
- Directly impact the Engagement, Retention, Performance and Career of employees and leaders within their business group(s)
- Successfully combine subject matter expertise, logic and data to advise and coach business leaders on people solutions that support their business goals
- Design and develop People programs to support organizational culture and employee experience
