Position Overview

The Sales Account Manager will primarily focus on driving group ticket sales for our prestigious sports brands. This role is vital in enhancing the overall performance of the Ticket Sales and Service division by consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals while innovating unique group event strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential group sales opportunities through various outreach methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social networking, and personal meetings.
  • Design and implement group ticket sales initiatives across diverse categories such as corporate clients, youth sports, educational institutions, and community organizations.
  • Execute responsibilities on game days, which may include managing group events, hosting clients, and engaging in prospecting activities.
  • Achieve or exceed sales revenue targets and activity benchmarks for group ticket sales.
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service to clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure business growth and renewal.
  • Oversee ticketing operations, ensuring accurate administration and financial reconciliation.
  • Utilize our CRM system effectively to guide daily activities and track sales progress.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs, including support for major events.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic sales team to drive results across all sports properties.
