Job Summary

CQR Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit detailed reports on production and other key performance indicators to senior management.

Team Supervision

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our operational goals.

Training and Development

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our truck drivers, ensuring that they are equipped to handle the demands of our operations.

Dispatch and Route Management

Dispatch truck drivers and monitor routes to ensure that our logistics operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Equipment Maintenance

Monitor and maintain the condition of our equipment, including signal and track switch control panels, to ensure that they are in good working order.

Coordination and Scheduling

Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that our logistics operations are running on time and to budget.

Materials and Supplies

Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.

Language

English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
