Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for staff.
  • Logistics and Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people and provide technical advice and guidance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, work under pressure, and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent written communication skills, flexibility, and initiative.
